Exotic Fast VIP is back. 

Supports Android 13 devices and below. 

New devices can only use Tunnel Plus. 

For those with clients who feel Exotic Tunnel isn't much good, give them Fast VIP if they have Android 13 or below. 

Take care, this new panel can easily identify accounts used in MODs, they will scrapped automatically.

User entered a New account correctly but shows authentication failed.
